Maximum land coverage = 10% = 490.932m2; construction ratio = 0.20; BUILDS 200m2 + (4000μ2 =) 80m2 = 280m2; maximum height = 7.5m. THE LAND SURFACE HAS BEEN FLATTENED AND THERE IS PRIVATE STREET LEADING TO THE PLOT.
There are luxurious villas all around and international alternative/agritourism resorts, even though an electric transmission tower stands at adjoining land; 125m away from the plot`s left corner and 140m from its right one, which explains the low-for-the-area price/sqm.
